Postcards from Italy, anyone?

So, in a week and a half abouts, I go to Italy to visit falena84 for three weeks. Huzzah.

So, anyone want a card from Italy? (Where in Italy I will send it from remains to be seen, as we'll be visiting various places.) I'm screening comments to this entry, so if you leave your address in a comment, I shall stick you on the card list.

I can't believe it's less than two weeks. V. v. excited. :)

I'm excited too, but sometimes my weird brain likes to oppress me with variations of the following "What if we cannot stand each other and she goes all Scary!Viking on my ass?" :P

I'm sure we'll get along fine - might be a little awakward at first, such things can often be. And I can be a bit Norwegian and odd, but I'm not actually very scary. Shh!

Anyway, I've met lotus79 and it was fab, so I'm not really worried. We can always bash Bush together if we're in need of a subject to agree on. ;)

I saw a vespa on the road yesterday. It was shiny.

I shall do my best to ogle lots and lots ;) And yeah, I've been wanting to see Italy for quite some time myself. It just feels like one of those places that makes your life slightly more exciting to have seen.

It's less than two weeks away! It's so exciting - has been planning it since Christmas, basically. I didn't really have a summer holiday last year, so I'm extra excited since it's been a while.
