1. The Doc without/after Rose; Rose without/after the Doc
Why? Because you do internal monologue, introspection and exploration of self just so darn well. I admit this is kind of dependent on what happens in the final episode (i.e. does she die or does she - as I suspect will happen - merely 'die' as implied by Jackie's schpeel about 'you won't be Rose anymore'), but I'll leave it up to you whether, if this grabs you, you choose to write your own take on it, or else go by the canon separation that is to come - either I would love to see. You could of course just have it as a story where for some reason they get separated or she has to be left behind somewhere temporarily, but I'd personally like to read your take on their reactions to complete (final?) separation.
3. TARDIS tinkering, because Doctor/TARDIS = OTP
4. A chess game. Perhaps it's me hankering for Four and his thing of playing chess with K-9 but that kind of quiet moments involving logical precision is something we don't often see with the manic Ten. If chess doesn't grab you, then expand it to including the element of a 'game' or some sort of 'several moves ahead entrapment' be it game or no either as a theme or literally.
