Not sure how they could've crediable parted them by will given how the writers have written Rose and the Doctor, really. Food for thought, perhaps. Though I think Rose knew it was a risk she was taking when she pulled at that lever. She has shown will to sacrifice herself before, certainly.
Reunion fics will most decidedly be very popular at T&C for a while. I got a few different versions in mind myself already. A few set in Norway, because honestly, how can I resist?
