Oh, bloody hell...
Sep. 17th, 2003 05:23 amSo, the police has arrested a man in connection with the murder of Swedish foreign minister Anna Lindh. And apparently, the man arrested has ties with neo-Nazis.
No. No, no, no, no. NO. Not again. About three years ago neo-Nazis killed 15 year old Benjamin Hansen here in Norway because his mother was African. They chased him down and stabbed him to death.. His killers were young as well, the main guy only 21 or so. It was heartbreaking. And now this?
It's too early to say anything, of course, as the man has only been arrested and not charged and tried in a court of law. But my initial reaction was a pleading 'not neo-Nazis. Not bloody again' followed by deep rage. I hope this isn't true. I feel ill just thinking about it. Bloody neo-Nazis. They have always managed to push all my buttons and when Benjamin was killed that only strengthen my feelings. And if Anna Lindh was killed by someone with neo-Nazi connections...
I want to throw up. Or cry. Or personally kick every neo-Nazi's sodding ass. Hitler is dead, you assholes. He was a criminal, a murderer, a bringer of genocide and his ideas were wrong, deluded and completely disgusting. Not again. Do you hear me? *Not again*
60 years on, Hitler's ghost still haunts Europe.
