If he's going to act like a terrorist, we should treat him accordingly, I think. Just because he's an American doing it on his home soil doesn't excuse him. Or, conversely, we could jam his ass into some fatigues and send him to Iraq to try and convert the masses over there.
As I told someone a bit ago, I think they'd Fedex his head back inside of a week. Maybe less.
