Filesharing sites hate me. So do my ISP. Wah. Maybe they're trying to tell me not to be naughty. But I shall not give up, hah!

So the new Nick/Sara thread at TalkCSI is named "The Adventures of Poncho and Sunshine".

Unfortunately, Nick's nickname is actually Pancho, as in the sidekick of The Cisco Kid. A poncho is a garment often used to keep dry during rain. Ooops? Colour me amused, anyway.

Got the most awesome thing in the mail yesterday from [livejournal.com profile] ligaras - a WTF Bush car air freshener. WIN. Going to send the last of the Christmas gifts out Monday and Tuesday, as well as Christmas cards. So if you want a card, send me your address at camilla.sandman at gmail dot com. I can promise you a very Norwegian card indeed.

Is it just me, or are LJToys the tool of paranoia at times? Also very handy, of course, but... Who the eff is using an anonymizer to hit my LJ 140 times this month?

Well, there was bound to be some Michael Richards wank, wasn't there?

Comment and I'll give you a letter; then you list 10 things you love that begin with that letter [livejournal.com profile] familyarchives gave me B.

1. Books. Love them like whoa. Read at least five of them a week. Usually on the train to and from work. As it takes half an hour, I do have lots of reading time. I also like to read while eating dinner.
2. Banter. In movies, TV, books and real life.
3. Black. As clothes go, they're so easy to match with everything else.
4. Briefs. (Hot) Males in briefs are good for the daily doze of eyecandy.
5. Buttocks. When they look good on a guy, they look real good.
6. Blue. As the ocean and the sky and a very lovely colour indeed.
7. Bar. Where to get alcohol when fandom and real life drives you to drink.
8. British. They have brought me much love over the years. Yay British.
9. BBC. My favourite channel and newsbroadcaster. Long may the publically broadcast.
10. Buddhism. If I ever had to pick a religion to join, that would be it.

Plans for week off:
- Send all remaining Christmas cards and gifts off
- Write on Fics of Doom
- Be lazy
- Clean for Christmas and get out Christmas decorations
- Do some voodoo to get some effing snow
- Bake

Ponchos...why not? Yes, very amusing.

Being killed by a bookcase would be sad, a very sad why to go :(

Who goes to a strip club the morning of your wedding? I'm just saying.

Cleaning is good, very good as is decorating for Christmas! Yay, and I swear I will get my cards out this week!

And um, yes, I would love a letter *nods* Thank you!!

Just send you a mail about the Christmas Card!

And now me with a letter. I promise nothing. I'll probably have to get a dictionary to think of words with a certain letter. ;)

Um. In a way? Poncho/Sunshine could kinda be GSR. Hi, irony.

LOLOLOLOL!! Oh dear, oh dear, oh dearie me. That's funny. And a little sad.

::sighs:: You know, I've really missed reading your posts (they are tres amusing) on a regular basis since I drifted away from my [livejournal.com profile] sekhmets_temple LJ. I know, I know, then why didn't I friend you at [livejournal.com profile] aka_paloma earlier so I could easily keep up with them? Well. I'm a lazy loser, that's why.

I'm glad to see your wit is ascerbic as ever and all things seem to be well in Norway, yes?

Things are stupid here in Vancouver what with the excessive rain storms we had that contaminated two of out major water reservoirs. Boiling/hauling heavy bottles of water has not been fun. However, it did start to snow yesterday and is still snowing now, which is a bit of a shock for our usually rain-soaked city, but it's so very pretty--especially the trees. I love snow-covered trees.

Back I go to waiting for the Torchwood torrent to dl. It's taking FOREVER tonight.

I often use an anonymizer, but I certainly can't account for all of the 140 hits. However, just to assuage your paranoia a little, some of the anonymized hits would be me.

OMG. That bookshelf article is beyond creepy. But I'm not sure if the really creepy bit was the death by crushing or the family just assuming that the smell in her room was from rats. How far gone do you have to be to be nonplussed by your daughters room smelling of rats? This was also disturbing in that I have this irrational fear of being trapped under one of my tall bookshelves during an earthquake. Guess it's not that irrational afterall.

Also, how much does a decomposing body smell like rats? I think there would be a huge difference, but maybe that's just me. Can't say I have sampled both.

Sounds like a freak, freak accident, though.

*laughs long and loud* Ah, gotta love them typos. *grins*

I am vaguely creeped out by the awful story of the woman stuck behind a bookcase. That's just terrible! And her mother was sleeping in the same room! O_o

The bookcase thing is going to make me really paranoid. I'm contemplating nailing all my bookcases to the wall. Also, as if it's not disturbing and devestating enough to find your daughter's body wedged behind a bookcase, but to find it when it's been there for 11 days and is decomposing? The thought makes my blood run cold.

Being smushed by a bookcase is the one I want the most.

But I don't want to croak.
