Drammen and Lier, some pictures from this month of September. Also features shoes, the cat, my fridge, a whole lot of forest and blue sky. Because for once, we've had stunning weather. Figures we get it after the holidays are over, but that's the weathergods' sense of humour for you.

The town square of Drammen, and one tiny little stand for the tiny little Costal Party (who has no representatives in Parliament).

The square again, people enjoying the nice weather.

Sand football at the town square.

The pigeons look a bit bored though.

A resturant by the river and the fountain in the middle of it.

The remains of an old wharf.

Across the river, an old industrial area now made college, library, police headquarters and various other places. (And isn't that some stunning blue?)

A walking bridge across the river.

Old factory buildings inbetween the new.

Where I currently spend a lot of my time. 'Papirbredden' means 'the paper bank', but bank as in by the river and not where you store your money.

Advanced voting in progress. You can vote in advance at all libraries in Norway up to two days before the election.

Two houses and a whole lot of forest.

A farmhouse in Lier.

The hills and fields of Lier.

The hills and fields of Lier II.

Hayballs scattered on a field right by the highway.

Trees are losing some of their green.

Roundabout not far from where I live.

Leaves have started falling, also near my house.

Part of the garden (by request).

The old traintracks, now a nice path for a walk.

Yours truly in the background, chatting away during an excursion (sort of).

The shoes I'm currently using, soon to be replaced by winter boots. Also by request.

The fridge, by request.

Kitty, washing himself.

And enjoying himself in the evening sun.

His favourite chair.
So there you are, that's how it's been looking in my part of the world this last week.
