First off, from the newest OFUM chapter (still being worked on - and co-written with Meg):

“Alas, I cannot. I’m clearly hallucinating. Sauron and Morgoth would never hug… Would they?”

“I’m afraid to even go there,” Gimli replied. The two shared a terrified look as their mind did indeed go there.

The two Dark Lords had suddenly spotted the newly entered and jumped apart quick as lightning.

“Fish-breath,” Sauron muttered.

“Oliphaunt-face,” Morgoth countered.

“Come on,” Miss Cam said, a smirk on her face. “Gollum, put down the UN flag. It’s not your precious.”

The UN hardly noticed them leave, all representatives singing merrily and passing around the absinth.

*smirks*

And I was poking through some old stuff I saved - gaze upon this:

When we got to the Long Table Elrond, Galadriel and the rest of the

Yes, it from the fic that created beloved Long Table Elrond. Too bad it was taken down - classic badfic in spelling, grammar, plot, characterisation, messed up timeline... *shakes head* Haven't done as much badfic reading of late. Just going to ff.net make me shudder. Alas, alas for LotR fanfic.

I've discovered yet another lovely thing about having assessment material due for Uni. It means that I have a *very* good excuse not to be reading badfic. Not that I *needed* another one - the fact that my normally low blood pressure suddenly reaches levels which disturb the upstairs neighbours is generally sufficient.

(and yes, I'm working on the OFUM story... yeep!)

Why am I suddenly very scared? Well, apart from the fact that Miss Cam's up to her evil once more.

*giggles* I still giggle every time I think of Long Table Elrond. I'm not sure why it struck me as being so amusing, but it seems to have stayed that way in my mind.
