4. When and how did we first meet? I believe it was on ff.net... but really met, LJ.
5. What was your first impression? I thought you were an intelligent person and a great author.
6. Do you still think that way about me now? Certianly.
7. What do you think my weakness is? Pretty Olympic men. ;P
8. Do you think I'll get married? If you ever meet someone suitably intelligent and snarky.
9. What makes me happy? Good fic, pretty Olympic men, dreams of taking over the world...
10. What makes me sad? Bush, morons, violence against others by morons.
11. What reminds you of me? Norway, that evil grinning smiley
12. If you could give me anything what would it be? The ability to fire Bush.
13. How well do you know me? Decently well. We don't know each others' deepest darkest secrets, but we have a working knowledge of one another. :)
14. When's the last time you saw me? Last time you posted pics?
15. Ever wanted to tell me something but couldn't? No.
16. Do you think I could kill someone? Yes, if given the right incentive.
17. Describe me in one word. Indomitable.
18. Do you think our friendship is getting stronger/weaker/or staying the same? Likely stronger with time.
19. Do you feel that you could talk to me about anything and I would listen? Just about, yes.

1. Give me a nickname and explain why you picked it. Wielder of the Smacking Trout -- because I stink at coming up with nicknames and that was the first thing to come to mind. ^_^;

2. Am I loveable? Um... at this point, given how limited my interaction with you is, I find you very *likeable*, but somehow the term "loveable" doesn't fit.

3. How long have you known me? I've been leaving LJ comments here for about six months or so.

4. When and how did we first meet? "Meet" I'll take to mean "first interact with" -- I followed the link to this LJ from FF.net last summer and have been reading since then, and then left an LJ comment asking if Norway was a nice place to try to visit in April or May in early spring this year.

5. What was your first impression? I didn't realize English wasn't your first language when I first came across your writings. O_o Also thought you had a good sense of humor, were very intelligent and good at arguing your points, frank but guarded on some level, healthily cynical, stuff like that.

6. Do you still think that way about me now? Pretty much.

7. What do you think my weakness is? Kitties and chocolate! ;) Oh, okay... honestly, I don't know... I can tell you're human and not perfect and all, but I haven't really come into contact with anything that would make me see things I consider "weaknesses" in you.

8. Do you think I'll get married? I don't think it because I don't think about it, really... actually, I've just got it in mind that you're not that much older than me and I feel like I'm much younger than I actually am, and the thought of anyone around my age ever getting married is still shocking to me. ^_^; *shrugs*

9. What makes me happy? Cats, chocolate, Bush-bashing, people showing genuine interest in your country, knowing that people find you interesting for more than OFUM, football, nifty icons, planning world domination...

10. What makes me sad? Bush's mistakes (and those of his administration, and of other governments in the world), the mess in Iraq, war, the other woes of the world, the acts of the Neo Nazis and other groups and people similar...

11. What reminds you of me? Politics, gray and white tabby cats with white paws, aurora borealis, soccer/football, certain kinds of jewelry (like anything with cats or LOTR stuff)...

12. If you could give me anything what would it be? Bush and his like out of office forever, and better Presidents of the US for the rest of time. But more for me than for you. :P Or failing that, lots and lots of chocolate from Belgium and Switzerland.

13. How well do you know me? Hardly well at all. I'm at the point where most of what you say doesn't surprise me as coming from you, but I'm not going to pretend I know all about you when we're just on each others LJ friends lists.

14. When's the last time you saw me? Never.

15. Ever wanted to tell me something but couldn't? I can't recall if I ever have -- I doubt it, though.

16. Do you think I could kill someone? I can't see it happening, unless you were in a very extreme situation where your instinct took over and it was self-defense or defense of another or something like that.

17. Describe me in one word. Thoughtful.

18. Do you think our friendship is getting stronger/weaker/or staying the same? "Friend" is a ridiculously strong and loaded word for me, so I don't really even call it "friendship" here (and don't mean that with the slightest hint of insult). I like you more the more I read, but I can't speak on mutual terms, so perhaps I'll guess "staying the same" or something like that.

19. Do you feel that you could talk to me about anything and I would listen? Hmm... I don't feel like I *should* talk to you about whatever I want and expect you to listen all the time, but I do feel that you are nice enough to be that way to people if they need it (at least to people who don't take advantage of you or just do nothing but whine all the time).

You certainly do your best to pretend that you're not but yeah, saw through that...eventually. You are a sweet, kind-hearted, generous person, who'd die for her friends. What's not to love?

I first commented on your LJ 2 months and change ago. Then began ambushing you every time I saw you on-line and eventually, you began ambushing me back. Yay!

*mumbles* I read OFUM first but I swear I didn't friend you because of that. You remember how terrified I was of you before. I was amazed you friended *me*

Sweet Freya, she's going to eat me for breakfast

No. In fact, I'd like to state for the record that if I don't talk to you on a regular basis, my sanity prances off.

You're a human hence you have more than one. Shall I be stupid or serious? Teh sexxxay guy is one, chocolate is another. Reading horrible fics and cursing the state of the world. I'm brain dead right now, leave me alone

Yes, you will. To a real man who has balls and won't make you conjugate French verbs during teh nasty (aaaah, one of my favouritest conversations by far!)

9. What makes me happy?
Norway, your family, optimism (though you love to deny it) that everything will eventually turn out okay. Yes, you like bashing Bush and the rest of the Scoobies, a dead Mary Sue makes you *very* happy and I imagine having a little tête-à-tête with M.Bloom (and a few others) would make you very...enthusiastic.

10. What makes me sad?
Hypocricy, arrogance, lies. What makes me sad, makes you sad, how about that?

11. What reminds you of me?
Subway's, croissants, whales, trouts, sushi (which you hate), cats. I'm rambling, shut me up.

12. If you could give me anything what would it be?
A position as BBC's first and foremost foreign correspondent. We need you not only in Norway but in the rest of the world as well. Don't be shy....Oh yeah, and that thingy I gor for you for your birthday *is very pleased with herself*

13. How well do you know me?
I'm still learning things about you and you're still figuring me out. I don't think you can (or should even) ever know someone really well. That takes all the fun out of things.

In that overly freaky dream I told you about. Will stalk you when I'll troop over to Norway.

Yes but then I did eventually. Remember? You were staring at that IM window like it was going to bite you and then informed me that you're not comfortable with compliments. I think after that conversation we were infinitely more comfortable with each other.

Yes but it would go against some of your major principles and would really bug you afterwards. Doesn't matter if the sonofabitch deserved it, it'd still bug you.

Passionate.

I want to say that it's getting stronger. We still don't know each other well enough but I feel that it's a lot stronger than what it was 2 months ago ;)

Yes...but then, you have your boundaries and I have mine. We function very nicely within those and manage to have a few naughty conversations ;)

I did it last time, wOOt wOOt. Anywho, I was skimming Renaissance Magazine in Barnes and Noble yesterday, and they did this spoof section on television- "Middle Ages TV Guide" or something like that. They took a bunch of shows and tweaked them to be Renaissance-y. Figured you would get a kick out of this one:

Is there any way you could work that into OFUM? It just seemed like something that would fit there.

Oh joy. Howard again. All we need now is Bush re-elected and all the merry old men can bugger the world together.
