Basically, same deal as before. Guess which movie the quote is from (and who said it), and I'll cross it off the list as they're guessed. However, I have translated them all into Norwegian to make it more difficult. When they're guessed, I shall also post the correct English version and be very impressed.

Scandinavians not allowed to participate. That's just too easy. Stand on the sidelines and snigger instead.

What? I can't read that! AGHHHHHHHHH!
And here I thought Norwegian was Indo-European. That might as well be Finno-Umeric, though I doubt you'd ever actually post anything in Finnish...
I ought to return the favor with some Russian!quotes, but most people's computers aren't set up to handle KOI8-R, and transliteration is a thing of evil straight from Sauron himself.

Oh, Norwegian is very much Indo-European. Germanic language.

At least this is a *real* challenge.

Dum er som dum gjør -- "Stupid is as stupid does" from Forrest Gump?

Is the last one from Phantom of the Opera?

2 is from Shrek. Donkey commenting on the beauties of the swamp. Does it count that I shamelessly searched Google for an online translator that could go Norwegian to English, instead of the other way around. Not perfect(rather crappy in fact), but the "That is a nice boulder" kinda gave it away...

*reads further* And did Christine say it, and does it read "Angel of Music, you decieved me. I gave you my mind blindly!"?

*points up* Yep. Though I admit I haven't seen the movie and just nicked it off IMDB.

Heh, yeah. It counts. The point is to find a translator and then attempt to make sense of it.

Dang, and I think I just figured out number nine too! It isn't a very good online translator, but it's much easier when things are in English syntax, even if bits and pieces are still in Norwegian.

Note: Mind you, I have little idea of how to pronounce any of it. Especially the letters with the little circles on top or the ones with slashes through them.

Oh I know that it is Indo-European. Snatches of it even make sense, now that I know what it should say (more sense than the translator, sometimes). But at first glance, it looks completely unrelated to my own little germanic language. Something about the weird consonant clusters, and the extra vowel-y bits...
