What the flying smeg is this?

I scratch my head and wonder. God's government? I mean, does this sound just a little bit omnious to anyone else? Just a weeee bit? Okay, I guess it won't pass, but still... Do people read their own law/Constitutional amendment suggestions? Because, hello, what the heck is that thing?

Galadriel - Strong, beautiful, wise, dark and kickass.

"Grissom's mind melded with Warrick in Warrick's body." - I love Grissom's mind and Warrick's personality (and body. Yes, I am shallow.) Mix them and Cam is a happy girl.
Grissom/Sara - The angst, the looks, the slow build...
Catherine/Warrick - The flirting, the lightness, how they bring out the best in each other...
3. Babylon 5
Sheridan and Delenn - Soulmates. Simple as that. Also very, very cute together.
G'Kar - From asshole to wisened and profound. And he still could kick ass.
4. Red Dwarf
Rimmer - The world loves a bastard.
Rimmer/Nirvana Crane - "You make love like a Japanese meal. Small portions, but so many courses."
5. Harry Potter
Snape and Hermione - I know, not Canon. But I love the fanon and the fanfics and thus it remains a guilty pleasure.
Neville - For all his little fears and bravery still, I love him.
6. Buffy
Buffy and Angel - Ah, the angst that fuelled my teenage heart. And I found them cute and innocent to start with. It was just lovely, even for how dark it was.
7. Water Rats
Frank and Rachel - UST, friendship and depending on each other. And then he sailed away. Bastard.
Rachel - Strong female character and could snark, too.
8. X-Files
Mulder and Scully - Great, great UST. And cute fluffiness. And smoking RST, not that we ever got to see it. But in my mind it was...
Mulder - He could sulk like no one.
9. X-Men
Rogue and Wolverine - Movieverse, those two just seemed to have a connection. And he's hot. I am shallow.
10. Discworld
Vetinari - I've heard people compare Miss Cam to Vetinari sometimes, and I guess he does appeal to my more Inner Evils. Also, the man is cool.
Carrot/Angua - The man everyone loves and the werewolf. And yet somehow, it works.
