I'm always kind of intimidated by these kind of statistics, because they always show how much time I really spend online... and most of the time it is way too much.

It sort of reminds me of the statistics programme we used to have on one of my family's old computers, you could see which programmes had been used and for how long they had been used. I haven't had the guts to install something on this one, of fear that it will tell me how much time I spend online. I'm perfectly happy living in oblivion on that aspect on my life. I know that it is quite a lot compared to other people in my class who seem to have problem knowing what the internet actually is. On the other hand, I think that the times I've been bored in the past few years... well, they consist of times when the computer and I have been without internet access, without library access, without television access and on a family outing that I didn't want to go on in the first place.

I haven't known you that long...I found my way here through ff.net right around the time of the American elections and commented anonymously for a week or so. I got my own lj when I learned Bush was back. My comments are so high just because I procrastinate on lj when I should be writing lab reports. Like now, for instance.

I think most of the later years of my youth has been spent online rather than getting drunk under bridges. And when I look at some of the people who're doing the latter... I can't help but think that I'm getting the good deal. I've learned a frightful amount of stuff online... most of which can be used in some way or another in real life. Since I don't get drunk under bridges people always express wonder when I break out of the mold, that they have cast me in, by using some innuendo that they in no way have any idea of what is.

I know. Viking got asskicked by Frederikstad. There's something wrong in that sentence, other than the word asskicked. On the other hand, I'd rather have the failure now, than at the end of the season. Every point count now as well, but they always seem to count more later in the season, if you know what I mean.
