News, Meme and Cam Aaaaarghs
Jul. 21st, 2005 03:15 pmAaaaargh. Don't ask. Really, really, don't ask.
In the news:
'Scotty's' ashes to be sent into space
PETA finds another target
Politicians played at shooting Muslims (There are not enough words for how downright disgusting that is, but then, this is the party of those who think the Progress Party are too mild, so I ain't too surprised.)
More Harry Potter wank (Oh man oh man oh man. Madness! CSI Shipwars have much to learn, clearly.)

I think it's inevitable that as we read each other's journals we create mental pictures of each other. Post this on your own journal to find out who your friends see when they read about your life.
Two Rules:
1. The person must be in the movies or on TV (but doesn't have to be an actor/actress). The person can be specific to a role (e.g. Jennifer Elhe's Elizabeth Bennent) or just the person themself.
2. You have to post a link to a picture of said person in the comments.
These castings can be based on things in the person's personality or on physical traits you know they have.

Date: 2005-07-21 07:07 am (UTC)Ignore her moaning myrtle and Jude. She's got your quirkyness and she's a cute brunette.

Not the best of pictures, she usually looks much better than that.

Date: 2005-07-21 08:19 am (UTC)Aside from the fact that it only takes a bit of healthy common sense to know that H/Hr never was an option. *shakes head*

Date: 2005-07-21 10:53 am (UTC):: Elisa scratches her head thinking of someone who could equal the Cam's snarkiness ::
Found her!
Her name's Luciana Littizzetto, and I know, she's no beauty, but she's the best female stand-up comedian of Italy. You'd love her, I'm sure.
She even wrote three books which are my fave humour books ever. Incidentally this pic is the cover of her second book, called Lonely as a stick of celery...It's a pity, but I don't think her books have been translated into English (yet). And she also made a couple of films (the best Italian comedies ever) and has been on different TV shows.
/end of gushing.

Date: 2005-07-21 03:19 pm (UTC)As to the actor thing: I can't figure out who'd be you. Possibly Claudia Christian as Ivanova, she has the same dry sense of humour.
