I miss home! *wails* Especially since May 17th is approaching.

And great, Progress Party is now responsible for Bush discussion on the PPC board. Thanks a lot, Progress Party.

*nods sympatheticly* Bush discussions always get ugly - and fast.

They do, don't they...

and I try to stay out of 'em.

Interesting to watch, though. Because here's the funny thing: I don't know a single soul IRL who supports him. Not my family, not my friends, not my co-workers, not the super in our building, NOBODY. Even the token conservative in my office probably dislikes him as much as the liberals, going off on long tangents about how what he stands for isn't real conservatism. So the only place I ever encounter his fans are in weird pockets online, and I am out of practice in arguing with them.

I could never find anyone who supports him in Norway - but then, they did a poll around the time of the last American election, and 90% of Norway's population thought he was a Git. This was before the Iraq war - I doubt it has gone down.

Ah, Norway *hugs it*

Strange how they exude such a strong influence over the masses...
