Well, the one time that I was in Queensland, I went from leaving Brisbane on the hottest day for years, to arriving back in Melbourne. Where it was pouring rain.

Not quite as bad, but you get my point.

Than again, I live in Melbourne. "Four seasons in a day" and all that jazz.

Pouring rain here, which makes me glad to live on top of a hill. But Connecticut will have its fair share of snow later, and then I'll regret living on top of a hill.

Snow or rain, snuggling up in one's pajamas and reading a good book/watching a good TV show while sipping some hot chocolate sounds very lovely right now...

Heh. I had several friends at QUT. We did our 17th of May celebrations there too.
