Cam is pondering doing some DVD-commentary style author comments on a few fanfics of hers. Which one would you like to see if she does?
In today's 'okay then!'

In today's 'huh?' review:
rip: I hate death
In today's 'Protestants are bad, mmkay?':
If someone cannot believe in Catholicism truly, it is better that he or she disavow the Catholic label and take on the Protestant one and not lead others astray.
In today's shirtless man:

In today's 'the fun never ends':
TalkCSI has a thread called 'worst couple' - well, what do you think happens?
Choice fun:
Grissom/Nick..is the worst couple ever.ever.
i dont think that the worst couples was to include gay couples lol
Totally right about G/S. He's way to cultured and rational, older, and looking at it superficially, he's too handsome for her (plain jane, butch, gawky) Plus' she may be the most annoying character on tv. I'd like to see Greg and Catherine (she thinks she's all that and too much for him to handle,..please)
GSR is the worst couple ever!!! its just wrong, grissom would make sara MISSERABLE!!! and its so obvious she is in luv with nicky
GSR wont happen, if it was going to it would of by now, everything is turning sour for it, and veiwers are so over it, CBS has been getting so many letts about it apparently wanting it over and done with, everything is pointing towards snickers
i, along with others, feel GE is saying he is pro-GSR coz the writers made him, there are little comments that he and JF make that suggest they are
pro-SNICKERS, and their actions speak louder then their words.
For the record, I have seen with my own eyes gsr fans in many different websites attack, ridicule, make fun of, call names, flame, and conspire to have fanfics removed by anyone who don’t agree with ‘their’ view of the show.
You make it sound as if ALL GSRs act that way. Not all of us do. I can understand other ships, and accept them. Mostly that is younger people or people that are new to things like this board or ff.net. I wish anti-GSRs would stop making it sound like we are an army of haters. We aren't. People bash our ship as much as anyone else does.
Okay! I think that everyone should just chill on the GSR-hating! I and, I think that a lot of other people understand that a select few of GSRs can be hateful towards other ships. I really think that this thread is a horrible idea! Its just cause for tension and hatred on the board. Its a ship war waiting to happen.
The worst couple ist GSR!!!It´s like daddy and his daughter...disgusting..uuuhh...HOORAY FOR SNICKERS!!!!
And, for the record, i seriously am not trying to be mean here (really), but the primary age group of posters on this board would be 14 to about 18, and the TV viewing audience for CSI, is more mature, as in older, and THEY tune in to watch GSR, and THEY make the ratings of CSI sky-high, and that is WITH many canon GSR moments.
In today's meme:
Christmas list!
Step One
Make a post (public, friendslocked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.
Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ, or link to this post (it'll be public) so that the holiday joy will spread.
Step Two
Surf around your friendslist (or friendsfriends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:
If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.
You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.
There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

Amongst all the wank, I have to say the funniest thing was what KiraGrissom wrote how WP wanting his character to kiss Sara was because she was getting a promotion, so he'd give her a peck on the cheek just to "congratulate her", or because she's leaving, to "thank her". LOL. Man, some of these peeps make YTDAW beyond sane.

Uhm...I'd say: Butterflies Mate In Spring, Puzzle of Shrads, Touch of Rememberance and, above all, one chapter or two (you decide which ones, they're all great) of East Of The Sun, West Of The Moon.
Is it enough?I could go on for ages!;P
As usual the shipwanks leaves me WTF at first, but then I start laughing like a mad thing...
As for the Christmas meme...Bullocks, I have already bought you a Christmas present...but it was before you went all Doctor Who fan on me!!;P
