Mmm, Eccles-droolage
Jan. 19th, 2006 12:24 pmLife went a little bit mad for a few days. But ah well. Cat is fine, snow is back (with a vengeance) and my back is not totally broken from shuffling snow. Yet.
Meanwhile, finally remember to put my hands on Norwegian movie "I Am Dina" (based on the book "Dina's book" by Herbjørg Wassmo), which has the lovely Christopher Eccleston in it. I made some screencaps - was also amused Chris revealed in the extras that the midnight sun drove him a little bit mad. Heh. I made some shinies for your drooling enjoyment - well, those of you who share my opinion on his hotness factor, anyhoo.
Screencaps of Christopher Eccleston in "I Am Dina".
(Apologies about the Norwegian subtitles on some - no way to turn the option off, alas.

The movie is okay - though the whole accent thing drove me a bit batty. Because it was also shot for an international audience, everyone speaks English - but it's set in Norway, most of the cast is Norwegian, Gerard Depardieu is French and Chris as the only Englishman plays a Russian!
Madness.

Date: 2006-01-19 05:31 pm (UTC)giftsdelicious screencaps for everyone. Now I've become curious and want to see this movie, if only to drool over Christopher Eccleston. And he's not even my type (too skinny)! But he does manage to look rather... um, romantic in these pictures.
