I think we've arrived at the point where the term 'batshit' is no longer enough to describe the sheer insanity in the HP fandom. Their blatant and wilful misunderstanding of the words written on the page is beyond comprehension. That, or they really have that special edition written, printed, and bound just for the Harmonian and Wolfstar 'shippers ::barfs:: I mean, look at those two 'ship names! Has the CSI fandom ever, ever come anywhere close to that?
And honestly, I don't ship anyone on CSI, except for maybe Warrick and me. ;) Pairing the characters up is fine for fandom, I guess, but I think in a lot of ways it would ruin the dynamics of the show and it would degenerate quickly into an evening soap opera. That is not appealing to me at all.
