I'm tired and stressed and sad, all at once. Saz just left (sniffle) and I'm leaving on Saturday. Ugh. So much to do before that, so little time. And I'd rather just sleep forever. Gah.
Read the Order of the Phoenix in one night, but Saz is still reading it. So whenever I went 'poor Harry', she countered 'shut up!'. Heh. Now I miss Saz. Sniffle. Poor Harry, though.
Tis all sad, sad, sad. And my e-mail is backlogged to infinity. Gah. Can't really catch up on it till I get back to Norway, as I don't have the time and the phone is disconnected. I'm leaving Australia... forever, probably. Waaah.

Comments: This is disappointing. Disappointing that only 'good' authors apparently deserve to have their basic rights protected. Disappointing that Miss Cam, whose name is invoked against hapless plagiarists on ff.net, should support piracy of an author's work. LQ's failings as a writer, or 'lifter' herself, do not make this site any more legitimate.
Re: Link's Queen
Date: 2003-06-26 10:13 pm (UTC)As far as I know, the Shrine claims no ownership of LQ's stuff, and rather interstingly enough, a lot of LQ's work can be said to be rather plagiarised in itself.
Any problems with the shrine, I suggest you take up with who runs it. I certainly do not.
Poor Harry!
Date: 2003-07-05 03:59 am (UTC)Sydney was so busy that by the time I reached my bed every night I could barely read a chapter before zonking. Most of it got read on the flight home to Perth, and the last hundred pages or so I read this morning.
So I agree, poor Harry! And dammit, I did see who died when I peeked at Toowong station. Bugger!
I must say I was rather unsatisfied with the whole veil thing. I wanted it explained better. What was it that killed ___, the spell, or the falling through the veil? (and I *so* kept hearing "beyond the veil" in Delenn's voice, did you?)
and he didn't get the OWL results either! *gets mad cos it sucks waiting for results* I get mine on monday, am all jiggly.
and finally *hugs*. I was quite depressed myself (still am, though happy to be home, too) We shall meet again someday--I wanna see Norway, and I'm gonna need a guide who knows her way around. ;) And of course, you must come to Perth one day. Noone ever comes to Perth. :(

Glad you had fun in Sydney.

You do realise that Norway-Perth would be a shorter trip then Norway-Brisbane, don't you? Though still horrendously long. (Perth-London is 20 hours)

I did. Am glad to be home though--exhausted.
