Date: 2006-05-21 08:07 am (UTC)Either that or Europe genuinely thought the song was (a) good, (b) actually 'hard rock' (*snorts coffee out of her nose she's laughing so hard*) and/or (c) guys in three hours worth of latex and make-up who refuse to be seen without said make-up or be addressed as anything but their character names (including during pre-show interviews) is 'cool' and 'original' and 'amazing'.
I am hoping for the former, in which case this is hilarious, brilliant and utter genius.
Knowing past Eurovision's idea of 'good songs', I fear the latter - hence my being torn between dancing a jig and head-desking furiously.
I agree with Mr Shearman, though - the British entry was utterly awful.
