GSR makes sense like incest does:
well hu knows whats going to happen, tptb could have tina somehow be rick's long lost sister, i mean it makes about as much sense as gsr.
csi has totally gone to shit, i thought TPTB were smart, but apparently not, apparently the whole thing of CSI has been to make a horrid incestuous love story that makes no sense, with the two main parties much better suited with basically everyone else in the cast.

Snicker was always there:

its like my friend at work said "I would have rather seen Snicker first of all the Forshadowing was always there THIS thing came out of nowhere and second they couldnt go soap opera with the Snicker ship any other ship they could"
Nick and Sara remind me of alot of other great couples (some that have been married for years) they understand eachother when they fight it doesnt last long and its never over work (well very few times its over work)
Alot of my favorite ships are of people who are equal and ALOT alike I mean people say opposites attract and this might be true BUT after the initial attraction dies theres nothing there it takes being alike for a relationship to Last AND THATS what I see Nick and Sara being

And stuff:
as hot as an affair would be, i think a snickers affair should stick in ff land haha. as for tv land, i want sara to dump gris coz she realises the relationship isnt all she had hoped, and that he isnt this amazing person she thought he was and stuff, and then go and talk with nick about it. and nick is just supportive and stuff. and they hang out more and more, and then someone makes a comment that they are practically dating, just without the kissing and sexual side of things, and then they both are like... urm... and then they talk abotu it and nick tells sara that he's in love with her and stuff, and sara realises that she loves nick too, and then she realises thart she was just blinded by grissom and stuff and then they kiss and end up in bed. and then after sara is wondering if things will be weird and stuff, but nothing changed, they are still the same, still have fun, still respect each other, juts now have the added bonus of haha. so they were practically dating without realising it.

Because Grissom is a backing car:
WP is leaving, and i'm betting its after sara realises that gris is a BEEP BEEP BEEP and dumps his ass for nick
