I hereby give due warning - I am a football fan and the World Cup does start today and I will talk about it. Oh yes. Foootie. Foooootie. Today's matches are Germany - Costa Rica and Poland - Ecuador. I've decided to cheer Germany, as they're the home team and it's always nice for the home team to do well. I'm also going to cheer Australia, England, Sweden (hey, they are Scandinavian!) and whatever team(s) charm me during the tournament. There's always at least one that's a delightful surprise.

first someone got a response from their feedback saying if they got ENOUGH they'd make it someones dream in the Premier so I'm hoping they go that route
IF not though I can see them having Sara realize who she really loves and she Breaks it off with Grissom
then later convinces Nick its him she wanted all along (sort of like LittleMissSharks fic)
It's all in the ratings:
definitely!tptb should start looking at ratings and focusing on the major WANTS of the audience and not a small minority of the fans needs.Lh is a good example why ratings are forever that high when she recurs in CSI.Grissom and LH can speak volumes without even mentioning a word and that sort of chemistry is hard to come by in the entertainment biz especially in TV shows .The ratings tells us alot actually, but CM and friends has started ignoring our views and persisting into jumping the sharks

Not only that, but I think this bears repeating, YET AGAIN: Lady Heather is played by an actress who STARS on ANOTHER SHOW that airs on a COMPETING NETWORK on the SAME GODDAMN MOTHERFUCKING NIGHT AS CSI!!! A show that has just been renewed for another year! Yes, she may once in a blue moon be able to appear on ONE episode, but in terms of being an ongoing character, she is NOT AN OPTION! The bit about how "wouldn't Lady Heather be a better match for Grissom?" is something I would expect to see on a random message board, not in a magazine that sells issues by claiming to have expert knowledge of TV! Lady Heather as Grissom's continuing love interest is NOT POSSIBLE. It would not be possible even if the CSI writers desperately wanted it to be so. That is the stupidest thing I have seen in the mainstream media this week, and there are a LOT of stupid things in the media.
CSI, now like Bush:
Your interview sounded suspiciously like corporate script. Never admit to a mistake or miscalculation, dig in your heels when challenged, insist that there was evidence there all along, and try your best to discredit your critics. Sound familiar? CSI has turned into the Bush White House, I'm afraid.

He kisses her, hard, heartbeats still pounding in his ears and breath still ragged and uneven. Adrenaline doesn't come with an off switch, but it does come with alternative uses. He can feel it in her too as she curves her body to parallel the surface he's pressing her against, can feel it as a flush in her skin and a light tremor in her fingers at the back of his neck.
He tastes the faint salt of prespiration on her lips too, drawing his tongue across before she parts her lips and he feels her tongue too. Always eager to match him, and he always eager to let her.
She's there, she's willing, and she's Rose, all of which he's never deemed a strong enough reason for all the trouble it would bring too, but which might do as an excuse.

Rose keeps asking, especially after the little hand-attack, and he gives her answers. They're safe enough questions, except for one.

Where It Starts, Grissom/Sara
Sara was never quite sure where it started.
Grissom started smiling slightly differently. He'd always had a smile she felt was just for her, out of hope as much as arrogance, because as long as he had it, she could reason she wasn't just imagining things and wasn't just looking for the emotionally unavailable again. But the smile had changed, ever so slowly. She didn't know when, she just knew it had.
It held promise now.
His eyes too, dark and possessive one moment, excited and bright the next. There was a look there she had not seen before, and was afraid to read into. He wasn't quite like any other guy, after all. Too Grissom for that. But if any other guy gave her that look, she would know he was thinking about fucking her against any available surface.
Maybe that's where it started. A changed smile and a different look, and Sara and Grissom and time.
It wasn't where it ended.

Date: 2006-06-09 10:39 am (UTC)If you REALLY want to know: she made a glib comment about Tourettes, got picked up on it then decided to respond by trolling herself and making rude comments in response to her own posts. When it was pointed out that the IPs were the same and something odd was going on she first said it was a badficcer she'd mocked who'd hacked into her computer. Then when told this was not possible given the way IPs work, she claimed it was a neighbour who was a reverend (except not, she later decided) who had 'spliced into her phone' and, because he did not like her sexuality, randomly track her down to the board, post the 'troll' posts and also do something weird to her computer which was never properly explained by involved her losing financial information and Oh Woes! But he was found, arrested and charged within hours of it happening so everything was cool beans once more.
Unfortunately a lot of people believed it, so Luthien posted asking her to come clean if she was lying or else provide proof and that thread is the result.
