In Cam's Quite Normal Life in Norway updates:
-Flooding situation has improved after it stopped raining for a few days. Now it's started raining again (of course), but the worst is apparently over. Instead we're having mudslide issues.
- NSB had another stellar sequel in Train Wars III: Revenge of the Signal Problems. Of late, every week is another reason to bitch at NSB. Grrr.
- Darling cat has hurt a front paw and is limping around on three legs. I had to carry him around yesterday. Am worried, but hoping he just hurt it a bit and he'll be better today.
- Two and a half week to Italy! Am very excited. Have bought presents and started deciding on clothes to bring. I will very soon be taking postcard lists, too.

In That Not Real Life updates:
- So Doctor Who made fandom_wank, but that's surely not the wankiest we've been? Oh well.
- Heroes getting a wank bitching comm on LJ? That can't end well, can it?
- Compared to that, I feel quite sane about my WoW. Have I shown you my new epic ax? Or my WoW boyfriend?
- I fiddled with my user info a little while back. I'm ever so fond of graphics and icons and can't make them myself. This is sad. Still want PPP icons, dammit.
- Been getting some comments on An Adventure in Norway of late, which made me wonder if maybe I should pick it up again and finish. I had a whole big plan for it, I did. Then I got fed up with fandom for a while. *ponders*

I love cuddly, social cats that will sleep in my bed with me. And a bit long-haired, but not too much. Norwegian forestcats, those are lovely. I like a bit of brown and golden in a cat, I do.

If I could visit you, and we had one afternoon to hang out and enjoy the wonders of your home, where would we go? Do you have a favorite restaurant, tourist attraction, or just plain pretty spot with fantastic scenery?

If it was nice, summery weather, I'd take you out eating at Aker Brygge (v. v. fancy), show you Vigelandsparken, Akershus Castle and maybe the Viking museum. Then we'd have ice cream at the local petrol station near me (honest, they have awesome ice cream) and bathing in a little lake close to me to cool down at the end of it.

The scenery is quite all right for all of this, but if I really wanted to show you scenery, I'd take you to the west coast and the fjords.

Whats the best season of Doctor Who? They had a marathon on the Sci-Fi channel over here on Friday and I saw some of it and fell in love. But Im going to college soon and dont know if Ill have a tv so I was thinking of buying some. So opinion away.

I would start with series one of the new relaunched version. Not that I don't like series two, but you shouldn't definitely start with series one. Got some right awesome episodes, too.

As for the New York one... Well, what are you moving to New York for? Work opportunity, feeling like a change...? It can be good to move sometimes, make new starts of things, but it's such an individual thing it's hard to advice, really.

Well, the fjord landscape in western Norway is stunning and unique, so I rather think that would be it. Nowhere in the world can you find something quite like that.

I'd probably live in Australia, since I'm used to that country and rather did like it. The other option would be Scotland.
