Since when does fair dinkum, meaning to be true, real, honest, upfront etc translate into 'man of steel'? The hell?
I guess we can safely say Mr Bush's troubled track record with English also includes mangling Aussie-isms.
Unless he was cracking a joke.
I'm not sure which one troubles me the most.
