The surprise factor in the posting is enough for me. I'm all about small pleasures these days. (Mainly because the big ones seem to be eluding me :P).

Not a bad idea, but I want to keep it for the right moment. Like "Elisa's just handed out her thesis and needs cheering" moment or something equally momentous.

With my limited google fu I was able to ascertain there is at least one A/r moodtheme (the one ar_daily_dose is currently using) done by a twilight_mash. Unfortunately her journal seems to be strictly FO and I couldn't locate her original post with the moodtheme anywhere (why don't bloody comms use tags? they're v handy!) but it was public at one point because I found at least three private journals using it.

Exploiting the flist should indeed be saved for special occasions.

I'm too late to fandom to get all the shinies, it seems. Ah well. Maybe a new and shiny one will appear at some point. Meanwhile, I'll just have to make do with what youI can find.

Tags are love - I make sure T&C use them, even if I don't have time to make sure everyone uses them correctly. So much easier to find stuff! I love tags, I do.

I is saving the 132 a/r images manually because is crazy, bored and loves procrastinating. Will make a zip file so that you can use them and put them up as a moodtheme.
As long as you credit the original maker I don't think this should be a problem.

I added also a .txt file with the instructions for the admin console (I had it saved on my comp, I don't remember who originally wrote it, probably the owner of crackified). Just follow this tutorial and you should be all set.

If it doesn't work/you need help...ask someone else. :P

Do remember to credit twilight_mash if you end up using the moodtheme, I don't want it to look like I stole her work.

Did have to fix a few things, including size and so on, but I've done this before, so I managed. :P Credit's been added too.
