Other Phelps is a total fuckwit and I got introduced to him back when he proclaimed the tsunami that hit Thailand, Sri Lanka and countries around there so hard was really God's punishment of Sweden. And they proclaimed they were glad for a particular young Swedish boy who drowned because he was better dead than growing up there.

They've only gottten worse since.
