It's apparently quite real, though DVD release only. It has an official site.

Ahaha, I want to see this film! I have friends who saw this at BIFFF and loved it. Then again, they're the people who screened this short: http://www.annodracula.com/danger_zone.htm at our little Welsh horror festival (the short is also highly amusing).
