VictoriaBitter gets outed as thanfiction in Harry Potter fandom. thanfiction is apparently a somewhat popular fanfic author, and hoooooooooo boy. VB is infamous in Lord of the Rings fandom, and if you read here, you'll see why. I was around for some of the aftermath of VB and.... Well, those were interesting times.

The Internets: You might change fandom, but if you don't change style, certain things may catch up with you.

Then there is the 436 pages of "Save Ianto Jones Report" (as linked here) and what. WHAT. It's going to be sent or has been sent to the BBC, apparently. Not sure if it's officially connected to savecoffeeboy or not, but as the 436 pages (again, WHAT) contains quotes and artwork from people who hasn't been asked permission or even want to be on there, I sense wank. Hoo yes.

Neither situation could possibly end too well. Man, did someone declare it batshit wank weekend and I missed the notice?

Spike my coffee if you like. I've been hearing from two flisties about thanfiction/VB's past shenanigans - which were apparently weird enough in LOTR fandom for the local mainstream media to sit up and pay attention. DISTURBING stuff.

I'm sort of reserving judgment about what I think about the Ianto Jones storyline, but the various fanmadnesses going on? Scare me.
