1) What's the worst pick-up line you've ever heard? (doesn't matter if it was to you, to a friend, or just random, I'm still curious)
Wot? I thought it'd be an interesting question.

Well, I suppose the worst one would have to be the time I was walking about in Oslo at summer, wearing a 'tropical paradise' t-shirt - a man then comes up to me, grabs my boobs and says 'tropical size, huh?' while nodding his head.

Needless to say, he didn't get any.

2) Which part from the Lord of the Rings trilogy were you most upset that they left out of the movies?

I'm torn between Faramir and Éowyn's romance and Legolas taking Gimli with him into the West. But since the latter is only in the appendixes, I suppose I'll have to say the former.

3) What would YOU say to Tolkien if you were able to meet him today? Other than the obvious "Aren't you supposed to be dead?", that is.

Why he felt England needed a mythology - what was missing without it.

4) What's it feel like, knowing just how popular your OFUM fanfiction has gotten, and did you ever expect it to get this big?

Um... How I feel about it tends to differ, actually. Some days, when I get some particulary good feedback that isn't way over-praising I rather like the fic being well-known. Whenever I get fanart, I'm mightly pleased about it all. Other days, I find it annoying. And I didn't really expect much of it, I just wrote it on a whim. It got rather big rather fast, which did surprise me - if anything, I thought maybe I'd get a few followers over time.

5) (gonna resteal this from Beat The Geeks) What's the geekiest thing about you?

I own Star Trek tapes?

Annoyingly, I'm (about) one sentence away from finishing the next chapter of OFUM (before the beta has a go, of course) and I've been stuck on it for hours. Heeeeeelp...
