Wednesday is my birthday. Dubya's Inauguration is Thursday morning, and I'm sitting here reading the articles about the WMDs that weren't found, the fact that Iraq is now an Al Qaeda hotbed, and thinking:
"Is this what over 1300 Americans in my age group and countless Iraqis DIED OVER?!"
Four more years. No wonder I'm losing my sense of humor.
Recall that Dubya originally pledged only $35 million to the tsunami relief effort? We're spending $40 million on his friggin' Inauguration!
(Good thing I'm not paying any taxes this year, or I might just refuse to pay and risk getting arrested!)

Date: 2005-01-17 08:39 am (UTC)Cam, you don't understand anything. The fact that no WMDs were found is on the contrary the proof there were WMDs. That bastard Saddam hid them so well, they couldn't be found. So no WMDs = proof of WMDs. And war is peace, blah blah blah.
Now the USA have to attack Syria or Iran to find the WMDs. Because that's where they are, huh huh. See? It all holds together.
