Why Nemi is My Goddess
Mar. 30th, 2005 03:15 pmFor the unaware, Nemi is a Norwegian comicbook starring Nemi, who likes to dress in black, loves Lord of the Rings and hates mornings. Much like me. (Also seen in my icon, here.) I present here a few reasons why I love her so.

Translation:
1. "Was it really necessary to bind together his shoelaces?" 2. "He was wearing a Liverpool sweater!" / "Sooner or later you have to strike a demand or two off your list, Nemi..." 3. "...you will be alone a long time if you're saving yourself for Legolas." / "Don't be stupid... I'm not dreaming of Legolas." 4. "Not? Good!" / "It's Faramir I want."

(Needs no translation.)

1. "@! Queer!" 2. "God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Arne!" 4. "God must be gay too, otherwise he wouldn't be making so many assholes."

1. "I had almost forgotten how funny Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is." 2. "He describes the sickest things with the greatest of matter-of-course and presents insane ideas one wouldn't think could come out of a human mind..." 3. "Does the author still live?" / "I think so." 4. "I wonder what he's doing now?" / "I think he authors the speeches of George Bush."
(Sadly of course, Adams has passed away. WAH!)
