The Kyoto treaty would have wrecked our economy, if I can be blunt.

That's an argument I understand when it's not put "bluntly" so much as argued well by someone whose intelligence I actually trust, but... well, I don't trust a certain President's intelligence, if *I* can be blunt.

Heh. I'm not sure I utterly by the argument even when argued well, but I'd be certainly more inclined to listen if it wasn't said by the same guy who proclaimed that Iraq had WMDs, that Iraq has a link to Al Queada... and so forth.

I can assure you we're not mad at you as Aamericans in general. Mostly we're mad at Berlusconi (because he's a complete fuckwit)and possibly we're mad at Bush too (see previous reason).

The problem with global warming of course, is that we don't know just how much is natural heating (the Earth does swing in tempratures) and how much is us. Hence why Bush can sit there and be all "we don't know, blah, blah, blah..."
