Dear CSI fandom,

Gofia? GOFIA? GOFIA? For my sanity, I implore you - think about what you name your 'ship. Grillows? Gofia? Hillbillies? What's next, Gnick? Brick? GrGr?

Incidentally, (some) Grillows shippers, Lindsey is not Grissom's child. Despite perhaps certain trick plots designed to make you think so, CSI is not a soap. Lindsey will not turn out to be Grissom's after years of mistaken paternity and thus be the catalyst for Grissom and Catherine to have hot, kinky sex under his desk. Fanfic it till death if you want, but don't try to preach it as Canon when there isn't even the vaguest hint of it.

(Translations for the sane: Gofia=Grissom/Sofia, Grillows=Grissom/Catherine Willows, Hillbillies=Cath/Nick, Gnick=Greg/Nick, Brick=Brass/Nick, GrGr=Grissom/Greg.)

Incidentally, I'm now seeing other fandoms. I'm sorry. You just don't have a sonic screwdriver.

I write Catherine/Warrick now and then and I still grit my teeth at 'Yo!Bling'. I've even mocked pairing names in fanfic. It's just... So much potential for point&mock.

Aaaw. Come on, it's nothing to HP or LotR. It just needs to wank a little now and then to feel like a real fandom. I'll just be here in my corner, writing fanfic and rolling my eyes.

Heh, yeah. Thing with FMA- half the time it's real wank, the other half is the f_wank people going 'oh look, two people in the FMA fandom are disagreeing with each other! FMA wanky fandom therefore argument = wank'. Although my fandom is still damn wanky, it's not as wanky as f_wank would have you believe. *shrug*

The 'eye colour' wank WAS a thing of beauty, though. :D

HAAHHAAHHAHAHA. I see you've met Gofia. I saw it in some talkCSI thread a while ago. There seems to be three fucking annoying people who ship it only because they loathe Sara. They also refer to it as the new GSR, which is even fucking funnier because it's such attention-whoring.

Snickers is actually pretty cute sounding. And I'm partial to Geeklove too. But Sandle, Grillows, and even YoBling - have got to go.

Damn, and I missed it! DW fandom is a shiny bright thing, with more than its fair share of fanbrats to be sure, but them seem harmless enough. I just picture lots of glitter pens and "i"'s dotted with hearts and wonder how they could possibly work up a good enough head of steam to wank.
