Outpost Gallifrey - Biggest Who site out there. Wander with care, however, since it's UK centric (naturally) and might spoil you if you haven't been spoiled already. Forum there is full of Whovian fanboys, a breed all to themselves.

BBC's Doctor Who site - much, much to have fun with, including the Confidentials and a Dalek game. However, it is spoileriffic like whoa.

Teaspoon and an Open Mind - Who fanfic archive, for all incarnations of the Doctor. Tread with care. Badfic is about.

time_and_chips - the main Doctor/Rose shipping comm. For all your ship needs, and where you will bump into Cam.

Better With Two - a Doctor/Rose fansite. Fanfic, excellent gallery, fanart and other points of interest.
