On that note, I shall send the last batch of Christmas cards on Friday. If you want one, point me to or e-mail me your address Thursday at the lastest. And thank you to all of those who've sent me cards so far :) All my Christmas gift shopping is done, so I feel moderately relaxed. Know at least one gift I'm getting - a trip to Italy this summer to meet falena84.

Meanwhile, my friend idreamedmusic is having a bit of a battle of wits with someone we shall (for the purposes of this) call Miss Public Consumption.

It all starts when Miss PC decides to contribute icons to a new avatar gallery at YTDAW. idreamedmusic points out that maybe the idea is to contribute icons you've made yourself, to which Miss PC has the stellar reply:
Ahm... it says "donations" ya know!!!! and what makes you think these aren't mine? *rolls eyes smiley* their all downloaded in my photobucket account.. how about "thank's their great!!!!

Of course, the reason idreamedmusic thinks those might not the work of Miss PC is that some of them are in fact the work of her. Mods step in to clarify that they did indeed mean for people to contribute icons they've made themselves and also deliver a bit of a smackdown on Miss PC. Now starts the real fun.

idreamedmusic gets a most charming message: YOUR THE EPITOMY OF RUDE.AND NASTY.. GO FUCK YOURSELF.. I'M GONE.. I'M ON A SITE WHERE I'M TREATED WITH KINDNESS AND RESPECT.. I think we've all learned a very important lesson in this - if you do in fact live in the city where a show is shot, your insults are morally superior to insults of those doesn't. Err. Something like that, anyway.

And rest assured, all involved in this are adults. In fact, Miss PC claims to be 53 in her profile.

Oh, and this might amuse you. In getting out various 'for toddlers and small persons' books from the library of late for the Bozling (still just under two), we have discovered a new favourite that she loves so much I might actually hunt it down on Amazon and buy the thing. It's actually a little too old for her - I'm sure she doesn't understand half of it - but she loves it nonetheless. It's called 'Hiccup, the Viking who was Seasick.' *grins*
