Great. Fabelous. I feel like shit. She's just trivialised a shitty experience I've been through several times. The really shitty, shitty part is that her first plagiarism case - excuse me, hoax - was just after I had been plagiarised - so did she do it because she saw I got attention? Did she actually think it's fun having your stories ripped off?

I'm going to have to consider taking her off the OFUM list now. I shall talk to my fellow moderators before doing anything, but I'm ready to toss her the hell off my list.

Bugger it. Bugger, bugger, bugger.

ETA: I've decided to let the OFUM list itself decide if she stays or not. We'll see what they say, I suppose.

If it was my option (which it isn't) I wouldn't kick her off the list. She's a drama queen, and she'll use that to play "poor little me". I'd just leave her on there, and let her take the lumps. In fact, I'd damn well make her stay. But then again, I'm a vicious bitch, and I believe in getting people to lie in the beds they've made for themselves.

Damn. Sorry to hear this Cam. I know you didn't want that to be true, especially considering how much support you and the OFUM/PPC lists gave her on the whole plagiarism issue, and how your work had been stolen too. Y'know, if she's causing in-fighting on the OFUM list, maybe an option is to just tell them to take it off-line or to another forum. It's still your list, and if a discussion is just causing hostility, as a mod, you have the right to stop that discussion.

I feel stupid, but since I didn't know Thalia before this, what I'm feeling should be nothing compared to how you and gehayi must feel right now. You know, I just sent you this whole email from the OFUM list that definitely had a charitable thing going for it. I'm not feeling quite so charitable anymore. Her actions were just so pathetic and wrong. That chick is seriously screwed up. I get the feeling she's enjoying this little drama she's started.

But I've always found it better to feel stupid with someone else than to feel stupid by myself. Since everyone feels stupid for buying this lj drama (or for not calling Talia on it earlier) I suppose that makes things a little bit easier....
